Alinta Energy wins Quality Service Award
Alinta Energy has been voted by the Australian public as the winner of the Reader’s Digest annual Quality Service Award in the category of gas and electricity.
This was announced at today’s award ceremony, where Alinta Energy was formally recognised for providing outstanding levels of service to our ever growing customer base.
Over 1,500 Australian’s across the country rated their experience out of 10 on key criteria, including, personalisation, understanding, simplicity, reliability and satisfaction.
