You can set up Direct Debit in one of four ways:

Fill in the form and return it to us using the contact details at the bottom of the form.
Once you are logged in to MyAccount, select ‘Overview’ in the top navigation bar and the account you would like to set up direct debit for. You can find ‘Setup a direct debit’ in the ‘Online Services’ box. Once selected a new tab will open and prompt you to provide details including your bank or credit card information. The amount due will be debited on the due date. You'll still receive a bill, so you can keep track of your energy consumption, along with a message confirming the automatic payment.

You can pay your account by credit card over the phone using our automated payment service. Simply call 13 39 08 and choose option 1 (existing customer) followed by option 2 (bill payments). You’ll be asked to enter your electricity and or gas account / reference number as shown on your bill.
Alternatively press option 6 and one of our friendly team members can process the payment securely while you’re on the call.

To pay by cheque, just tear the payment options slip off your bill and post it with your cheque to the address shown on the slip.
