I’m thrilled to announce our new Graduate and Internship Programs! We want to give graduates and students hands-on experience in the energy industry and the opportunity to be mentored and learn from experienced professionals.
The energy industry is fast-evolving, with new technologies and methodologies emerging all the time. We need innovative thinkers and detail-oriented people to build and maintain energy solutions for future generations.

We’re currently recruiting for the first intake of our two-year Graduate Program and our 3-month Summer Internship Program in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. We’re looking for five graduates who will rotate through various roles related to their discipline, gaining exposure to different areas of the business. After completing the program, they’ll join us as full-time employees.
Participants will get hands-on experience working on some of the biggest energy generation and storage projects in the country.
We built Western Australia’s highest producer of renewable energy (the Yandin Wind Farm), the first grid-forming big battery in Australia, and the biggest remote solar installation at the Chichester solar-gas hybrid project. Our teams are currently developing over $10 billion of renewables and storage projects including offshore wind and pumped hydro projects.
