If you’d like to book the Alinta Energy Moving Truck for 4 free hours (the Offer), these are the terms and conditions that will apply to you:
Who is eligible for the Offer?
1. You will be eligible for this Offer if you:
a. are an Alinta Energy residential customer;
b. are moving from a residential supply site to a new residential supply site (your New Home) within the Coastal (Metropolitan) or Peel region (noting you can call us on 13 13 58 to find out which region you’re in, if you don’t know);
c. successfully complete any credit check that may be required in accordance with Alinta Energy’s business rules; and
d. have not already been provided with a Free Move (see clause 3) or Paid Move (see clause 4) within a 12 month period.
What is the offer?
2. Subject to availability and eligibility, you will be entitled to either a Free Move or a Paid Move (together, the Moving Services) per move to your New Home.
3. If the Alinta Energy moving truck is available on your requested move date (see clause 9 below for applicable dates), you are entitled to a Free Move which means:
a. up to four free hours of removal services provided by Adlam Transport (Adlam) using one removal truck and two removalists;
b. if the removal service is required for more than four hours, any additional hours will be charged at the Alinta Energy negotiated discounted rates set out below

4. If the Alinta Energy moving truck isn’t available on your requested move date, you are entitled to a Paid Move which means removal services provided by Adlam using one removal truck and two removalists at the Alinta Energy negotiated discounted rates set out below, payable by you directly to Adlam:

5. The duration of the Moving Services will be calculated from when the Adlam truck leaves their Depot at 51 Greenwich Parade, Neerabup, Western Australia, 6031 until returning to their Depot. The Depot return time will be calculated using the travel times provided via Google Maps.
6. Any charges for a Paid Move will be billed by Adlam at their full discretion at your New Home at the end of the move.
7. You will be required to provide your credit card details to Adlam Transport upon booking the Alinta Energy moving truck. Should you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 2-hour cancellation fee will be charged. Your credit card will also be charged if your Free Move goes over 4 hours.
8. The Free Move does not include any optional add-ons offered by Adlam such as insurance coverage, which is offered to all customers and calculated on a per move basis. If you want to take up any such offers, you need to do so with Adlam directly.
When is the Offer available?
9. At all times, the Offer is subject to the availability of the Alinta Energy Moving Truck and Adlam personnel:
a. Free Moves are available each business day – Monday - Friday from 7am (AWST), excluding WA Public Holidays.
b. Paid Moves are available Monday - Friday from 7am (AWST).
10. The Alinta Energy Moving Truck often books out weeks in advance, so you will need to book your Moving Services as soon as possible (and at the very latest, one full business day in advance).
11. There is a limit of one Free Move available per business day. If there is already a move booked for the day you want, you will receive Alinta Energy’s negotiated discounted rate on another moving truck provided by Adlam (subject to Adlam’s availability).
How is my personal information used with this Offer?
12. To enable Adlam to get in touch with you to coordinate the Moving Services, we need to provide them with:
a. your full name;
b. your mobile phone and/or email address;
c. the address you’re moving from and your New Home address.
13. Adlam will retain your personal information for six months and only use it for the purposes of:
a. coordinating your move;
b. record retention;
c. reporting back to Alinta Energy; and
d. sending you marketing information about Adlam’s services from time to time, which you can opt out of.
14. Otherwise, Alinta Energy uses your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles, and our privacy policy available at www.alintaenergy.com.au/privacy.
Other important legal information
15. By taking up the Offer, you agree to be bound by Adlam’s standard Terms and Conditions which apply to any Moving Services. You can read these on Adlam’s website here: [www.adlamtransport.com.au].
16. Alinta Energy is not responsible for Adlam’s or its personnel’s acts or omissions in providing the Moving Services to you.
17. Alinta Energy accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage to you or your property as a result of using the Moving Services, regardless of any negligent acts or omissions.
18. Alinta Energy is not liable in circumstances where a move is cancelled or not available due to matters outside of Alinta Energy’s control (including as a result of Adlam personnel or moving trucks being unavailable at short notice for whatever reason).
19. If you don’t stay an Alinta Energy customer at your New Home for at least 3 months after taking up the Offer, Alinta Energy may charge you for any reasonable losses it may suffer as a result.
