Reward Shop FAQs
To purchase from the Rewards Shop, you will need to log in to MyAccount – the same online hub you can manage your energy bills and payments through.
If you already use MyAccount, simply log in using your email address and password. Then to find the Rewards Shop, click ‘Rewards’ at the top navigation bar or the ‘Reward yourself’ box found on homepage dashboard.
If you don’t use MyAccount, you will need to activate it. To do this, go to MyAccount and select Activate MyAccount. You will need your customer number, email address and mobile number to do this.

Alinta Energy works together with our partner, Neat Ideas, to bring the Rewards Shop to Alinta Energy customers. If you have any questions about your order or issues using the Rewards Shop, please email customersupport@neatideas.com.au
Please allow up to 30 mins to receive your eVoucher, although at times of peak demand this may be longer. If you have received your email confirmation or receipt but not your eVoucher/s, please check your junk mail or SPAM folder.
eVouchers can be downloaded or resent to your email address from within the "MyAccount" section of the rewards shop. "MyAccount" can be found in the top right of the rewards shop.
If after checking, you still have not received the eVouchers, please email customersupport@neatideas.com.au to request assistance.
When you enter your details into the registration form, please ensure you enter your details as they display on your bill.
If you are having issues with your Internet connection, please try again later.
If you still cannot register, please call Alinta Energy call centre team on 13 37 02.
You don’t need to collect any points to unlock the great discounts through our Rewards Shop. All of the tickets and products available have already been discounted for you. That means, no waiting around for points to add up to see any benefits, you can get discounted products today!
To purchase from the Rewards Shop, you will need to log in to MyAccount – the same online hub you can manage your energy bills and payments through.
If you already have a MyAccount log in, simply log in using your email and password. Then, go to the ‘Get Your Rewards’ link on the homepage dashboard. Click ‘Shop Now’.
If you do not have a MyAccount log in, you will need to register for MyAccount. To register for MyAccount, simply select the 'Register for MyAccount' button on the MyAccount log in page. Then, complete the fields in the registration form – ensuring you enter your details as they display on your bill.
When activating your MyAccount please make sure you use your current account number, email address and mobile number.
